2023 Recap and Looking Ahead at 2024

Looking back on 2023 I can honestly say that it was a year filled with unexpected opportunities, challenges, and successes. I'm not a big believer in looking backward with the expectation of wishing something had been different, because the things we do lead us to where we are supposed to be. In 2023 Tria Prima was fortunate to grow successful client relationships, deliver recognizable value to those clients, and create new partnerships with old friends and new colleagues. In a way, I feel that I also grew and changed as the company did. Here’s what the team and I are collectively proud of when we look back at where 2023 brought us.
Successful Client Initiatives
Product and Positioning – Using our Client Experience Methodology, we delivered multiple product design, app definition, brand design, and positioning projects for our clients. Some began with a blank piece of paper, went through multiple consumer facing versions, and ended up being amazingly impactful. Other projects revealed products that simply needed to be repositioned and redefined to meet the changing needs of the market.
Strategy Development – We built strategies to assist clients in moving into adjacent markets, developed business models to ensure profit from those markets, and we developed operating models that are supported by technology process and human capital. With lots of client specific variation, each unique strategy support new activities inside our clients’ operations.
Sales Processes – We leveraged our Client Experience Methodology to define new lead generation, marketing, and sales processes. These new approaches provided transparency and manageability for leadership teams seeking exceptional growth. And though the growth need is similar, the audiences were wildly different ranging from the underserved financial consumer to consensus B2B purchasers.
Marketing Programs – Here’s where we took that proprietary Client Experience Methodology and applied it to brand design, messaging, and marketing programs. Tria Prima executed fresh marketing programs on a monthly basis using a combination of technology and digital expertise to help drive B2B leads and consumer engagement, depending on the client.
Salesforce Implementations – Finally, utilizing our Fast-Start Program, we implemented Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence for clients around the globe, from the United States to as far away as Peru and Chile. As soon as they were up and running, we used those tools for our clients to drive their marketing and sales performance. In every case, the Tria Prima team delivered on or ahead of schedule...not bad for CRM and Marketing Stack projects!

One of the things we are most proud of from 2023 is that Tria Prima became an official Salesforce Consulting Implementation Partner. It's been a real pleasure to work with the teams at Salesforce and support their clients. We have also been able to establish partnerships the support our clients' needs beyond platform technology including data partnerships, technology partnerships, and development partnerships.

Tria Prima Rebrand and New Growth

What a year at Tria Prima!
While working hard to meet the needs of our clients we were also able to overhaul our own brand. At the beginning of 2023 everyone knew us as Shift Venture, a name that never really represented the feeling that I had for the business and what we could become for our clients. In the middle of the year, we rebranded to be Tria Prima. With the help of our partners, we developed the imagery, website, and collateral material that we need when we interact with the market. We love the new brand – how playful it can be and how serious it can be!

In conjunction with our clients, we utilized both our Fast-Start Methodology and our Client Experience Methodology successfully and repeatedly, making refinements along the way as needed. This is a huge success for us as a company because it demonstrates consistency of value and gives us something to lean into for each next potential client.
Finally, as the business has continued to evolve, we've been able to bring on team members who have the same desire to deliver great work for every Tria Prima client as quickly and expertly as possible. I can’t thank this team and our supporting cast of informal advisors enough for everything they do to help make Tria Prima clients and Tria Prima itself successful. Here’s to more in ‘24.
